This spring one of my best and oldest friends tied the knot at a beautiful beach ceremony in Cuba. The wedding was the perfect opportunity to get away from the cold, visit a beautiful country, snap some tropical photos, and (of course) stage a bridal part beach photoshoot.
During my stay in Cuba, I was blown away by the country's beauty. I could spend every hour of every day taking photos of the many gorgeous beaches, tropical flowers, and vegetation.
In one short week, we adventured around Cayo Santa Maria, visiting the countryside, spending time on the beach, visiting the market, and going on as many boat rides as possible (all in glorious 30-degree heat).
My only regret is that I did not bring my camera on our day trip into one city for fear of getting my gear wet on the long boat ride back to our resort. The colorful homes are destined for my lens, which means I will definitely need to visit Cuba again one day.
